Refunds

We are confident that you will love our baby toys. If you are not satisfied with your baby swimming toy after 30 days, we offer a full refund. No questions asked! Unlike similar brands, our warranty starts when you receive your rainbow stacking toy, NOT when you place your order.

Returns

Returns are only possible within 30 days of receiving your shipment. The customer will receive a full refund of the original order amount, but must cover the cost of return shipping.

Stolen Packages

We are not liable for stolen/damaged packages after delivery. If the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered, we likely cannot do much beyond filing a claim with the courier.
